Heacham FC – An Update

Many thanks for taking the time to read this update on our great village Football Club. We hope you enjoy it.
It proved to be another successful season for Heacham FC, gaining promotion to the Premier Division of the Anglian Combination League, the clubs 6th promotion in as many seasons and the highest division we have competed in since the clubs formation in 1907.
Naturally, the step up will be a tough challenge, but one the club are preparing for both on and off the pitch.
Talking of “off pitch” preparations and changes, Kings Lynn Town FC of the Vanarama National League will be using Heacham FC as their official training ground, a great partnership for both clubs! Many thanks to our management team David Griggs and Ross McNeil not forgetting our Chairman Dave Page who first represented Heacham FC back in 1960 and continued for 30 years, although rumour has it he spent much of that time suspended!
As the start of the new season draws ever closer it would be great to see as many of come and watch the team compete in this very competitive division, you can get a flavour of the facilities, ground, team and refreshed match-day experience by visiting us when we welcome Kings Lynn Town F.C to Heacham F.C for a pre-season friendly on Tuesday 10th August, KO at 6.45pm one not to be missed! Followed by our first home game of the season in the Premier Division scheduled for 14th August Vs Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers
