The team have continued to consolidate their position in the league and currently still sit in 15th position. Currently at this stage they have accumulated more points (42 compared with 28 all last season) and scored more goals than they did in the whole of last season (54 scored so far compared with 27 all last season) and there are still 2 more games to play. There will be a full round up of the season in the June edition of the Newsletter of all our teams.

DRIVER WANTED FOR !st TEAM MINIBUS

The Club are on the lookout for a volunteer, for next season, to drive the first team minibus on matchdays.
The role would include:-
Picking the bus up from Heacham and filling with fuel, paid for by the club.
Picking the players up from the meeting point at Knights Hill Hotel.
Dropping players back at Knights Hill after the game.
Returning the bus to Heacham.

RESERVE TEAM (playing in The Fosters Solicitors Anglian Combination Div 4
North).

The team has now completed their fixtures for the season and currently sit top of the league (at the time of going to press). However, North Walsham and Dussindale have games still to play (they are due to play each other), so the team will not know its fate for a couple of more weeks. Unfortunately, after beating North Walsham, they suffered defeat at Attleborough (which was their first defeat since last October) and now have to wait for the outcome of other results to see where they will finish in the league. There is still a strong possibility of promotion this season, which will be a marvelous achievement in their first season.

U18’s TEAM (playing in The Thurlow Nunn Youth Football League - North Division)

The team will now finish in 4th place, despite the recent home defeats against Fakenham and champions Sheringham. A wonderful achievement in the first season at this level. As previously mentioned throughout the season many players have played for the reserves and a number have also made appearances for the first team.

AWARDS/PRESENTATION NIGHT

This will be held at Heacham Manor Saturday 10th May. All winners will appear in the June Newsletter. A great oppurtunity for everyone connected with the club to come together and celebrate what has been a brilliant season for all our teams.

The 2025 “50/50 Club”

NEW COMPETITION FOR 2024/5 SEASON:-

The new competition called “GOALS/GOALS/GOALS” has been running all season and we are now entering the final few weeks.. All 40 groups were sold at the start of the season, with each group consisting of 4 teams. The teams have been taken from the Football, Scottish and National League (no premiership teams included) and randomly put into groups of 4 teams. At the end of the season the group with the most goals combined (league goals only) will win the 1st prize and there is also a runner-up prize.

Runner-up - £60
